Produce Nitrogen in Your Facility!

DO NOT PAY FOR NITROGEN

Ambient air contains 78% Nitrogen. You dont need to pay for nitrogen anymore. Our Company offers a wide range of nitrogen generators for all kinds of applications and any flow demands. This technology has been proven all over the world for its working efficiency & trouble free operation.

AVOID SHIPPING COSTS AND LOADING

With the Nitrogen Generator, you can put an end to all nitrogen-related logistics operations in your business. The system produces on-site and is directly integrated into your business.

DO NOT WAIT FOR YOUR NITROGEN ORDER

You will no longer experience outsourcing delays in nitrogen, which is the problem of many businesses. If you have electricity, you have nitrogen.

DO NOT DEAL WITH PRESSURE AND EVAPORATION LOSSES

Whether you use liquid nitrogen or gas cylinders; you are losing a substantial amount of nitrogen you have purchased through the evaporation losses or by going back in the bottom of the manifolds in both cases. With a closed circuit system of our Nitrogen Generators, your loss is zero!

Limit
is You

With Our Nitrogen Generators;
  • No productivity loss due to gas supply problems.
  • Systems normally pays back within one year; with the cost already paid for cylinders or liquid nitrogen
  • Free of risks coming from HP cylinders transportations and liquid storage and distribution

Self-Operated

The system works automatically without requiring an operator. The whole function is controlled by PLC.

Integrated Skills

The System consists of modular or tank type columns, control panel, necessary valves, automation elements, time counter, pressure gauges, pressure switches, silencer, air regulator and filters, and they are all under same PLC control.

High Quality

All components used in the systems are the best to prevent any loss in productivity and quality

Economical

Depending on the capacity and purity; the only cost is electricity; that is about 0,35-060 kW/m3 nitrogen

Continous Purity Analysis

With a N2 generator from Penta Gas Systems, you never have to worry about quality. Our nitrogen gas is produced at 99.9999 % purity without sacrificing the pressure output possibilities. System never gives low purity n2 to your facility.

No Surprise Cost

No surprise cost due to gas supply. If you have electricity you have nitrogen ready to use

MIND CUBE SYSTEMS

7/24 NITROGEN GENERATION

Our Nitrogen Generators are produced and programmed to produce gas 24/7 without an operator. In this way, your gas production continues and the gas produced is stored even at night, weekends and even holidays.

FEASIBILITY

We are ready to evaluate the return time and feasibility of your nitrogen system investment with a comprehensive feasibility report.

ULTRA PURE NITROGEN BY OUR DX SERIES

DX Series Rewriting the Rules On Laser Competition

While obtaining 99.999% pure nitrogen with standard nitrogen generators, you can produce 99.9999% pure nitrogen in our DX-Series systems with approximately 50% electricity saving. You can store it in nitrogen cylinders at 200 bar pressure, and you can cut smoothly even with variable consumption.

CUT FASTER

In addition to cutting stainless steels, you can increase your speed up to 3 times by cutting with nitrogen in black metal cuts.

STOP YELLOWISH SURFACES

When using nitrogen as assist gas, there is no checmical reaction at the cut edge. Instead the assist gas shields the metal edge, resulting in a shiny edge

GREAT SURFACE ON THICK MATERIALS

The purity of the nitrogen gas is especially important when you are laser cutting thick pieces of stainless steel. Since the speeds have to be lower, there is more time for the materials to react with the oxygen.

The purity of the nitrogen gas is vital to the quality of laser cutting results. The process uses a focused laser beam with a co-axial assist gas to remove the excess molten metal for the cut. Different gases can be used based on their properties and how they influence the quality of cut. The common assist gases used are nitrogen, oxygen and air. When using nitrogen as assist gas, there is no chemical reaction at the cut edge. Instead the assist gas shields the metal edge, resulting in a shiny edge. It was also noted that the cut speeds varied between these assist gas tests. Furthermore, the compressed air assist only require 10 bar of air, compared to 16 bar of nitrogen.

If you want the crispest edge when laser cutting aluminum or stainless steel, even the smallest amount of oxygen contamination will affect the appearance of the cut. If nitrogen is not used in this process, periods of downtown to repair the optics on the cutting machine can become frequent. The purity of the nitrogen gas is especially important when you are laser cutting thick pieces of stainless steel. Since the speeds have to be lower, there is more time for the materials to react with the oxygen. It can cause a yellowing of the metal or form dross that needs to be removed. With a DX Series N2 generator from Penta Gas Systems, you never have to worry about N2 quality.

Let's get to know Nitrogen

Nitrogen is an element indicated by the symbol N on the periodic table, and its atomic number is 7. It is a colorless, odorless, tasteless and inert gas. Nitrogen consists about 78% of the earth’s atmosphere and is found in all living structures.

Nitrogen is considered to have been formally discovered in 1772 by Daniel Rutherford, who called it toxic air or constant air. Antoine Lavoisier also named nitrogen azote, which means αζωτος (azotos) in Greek means “inanimate”.
